Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 August 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how SB Group ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with your use of Nomos (the "Service"), an AI-assisted legal research and chat tool made available to members of a private Discord community. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc. or Roblox Corporation. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information. When you sign in using Discord's authentication system, we receive and store your Discord user ID, your Discord username and/or display name, and a reference to your Discord avatar image.

1.2 Email Address. We do not store your email address. As part of Discord's authentication process, Discord may make your email address available to us; this information is discarded and is not retained in any form.

1.3 Usage Information. We store the questions you submit and the responses generated by the Service, including any cited source material and the AI provider that generated a given response, in order to maintain your conversation history.

1.4 Reports. If you submit a report regarding a specific response, we collect the reported conversation, any explanation you provide, and your Discord username for review.

1.5 Shared Content. If you use the Service's link-sharing feature, the specific question and response you choose to share become accessible to anyone who has the link.

1.6 Technical Information. We collect limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the Service, including usage metrics (such as response provider and token usage) and, for the purpose of preventing abuse, temporary rate-limiting information associated with your device's IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to: authenticate you and determine your eligibility to access the Service; provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including your conversation history; review reports submitted regarding specific responses; monitor and prevent misuse of the Service; and enforce access restrictions where necessary. We do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not sell your information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

The Service relies on the following third-party providers to operate:

  • Discord Inc. — authentication ("Sign in with Discord")
  • Supabase, Inc. — database hosting and account management
  • Google LLC and Groq, Inc. — AI model providers used to generate responses

These providers may process limited information, such as the content of your questions, as necessary to perform their function, subject to their own privacy practices.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties except: with the service providers listed in Section 3, as necessary to operate the Service; with server staff, for the purposes of access administration and report review described above; or where required to comply with applicable law.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and conversation information for as long as your access to the Service remains active, or as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in Section 8.

6. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical measures, including access controls and row-level security on stored data, to protect the information we hold. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may contact server staff at any time, by opening a support ticket in our Discord server (discord.gg/PJGry7bqex), to request access to the information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, or request deletion of your account, conversation history, or any other information described in this policy. Please note that removing your access to the Service does not automatically delete previously saved conversations; request this explicitly if desired.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
